No issue with the location, nor the team servicing. Strong issue with the sales price and misleading tactics that unsuspecting customers can become easily preyed on due to how their staff is trained and told how to conduct business. If you’re lazy and willing to spend THAT much, do it. You deserve it at that point. $30 worth of oil, one bolt unscrewed, emptied, then re-screwed is not worth 129.99 BEFORE having your washer fluid topped off?? Dude it’s a $3 bottle, that’s ridiculous. If I could star lower I would. Will recommend to everyone who’s done me wrong.

They’re awful. I wouldn’t take a bicycle to these people. Don’t trust them to change your wiper blades. Went in for an oil change, they took it upon themselves to remove my rear differential plug and either didn’t put it back or didn’t put it tight enough. Caught it days later. Still determining the damage and will be contacting corporate.

More like "Take 20" per car. I went on a Saturday so I expected a wait, but had I known it would take over an hour for the most expensive oil change of my life, I would have just dropped the truck off and supported a local shop rather than a chain. Probably would have had better service too because what's even more annoying than spending $200, is after telling them oil and filter change ONLY (I was VERY clear about this because we are fixing things as we are financially able to) they continued trying to upsell me. We're all just trying to get by in this economy, please spare me the "ooop here's a clueless girl" sales pitch. I definitely won't be back.

Very bad experience at this location. They did everything badwards from the beginning, put the wrong oil, didn't scan my truck just used the license which came up in their system as my old truck so they didn't even have the correct vin. I got them putting automatic transmission fluid in my coolant reservoir then sucking it back out for a coolant test to try to upsell me on a coolant flush on a vehicle with 20k miles, worker became very pushy and argumentative telling my my coolant was terrible and that all car dealerships lie when they sell you a new vehicle it isn't really new they rent them out first and then roll the miles back so really my truck has way more miles ect. It was the biggest line of bs I have ever been fed. Took well over an hour. The one employee became very apologetic af

BEWARE pricing has changed and oil is no longer included in the actual service price. It’s an additional charge so when you’re quoted an $80 oil change for full synthetic know that there will be about $25-$30 of additional charges for the synthetic oil. I also received a coupon from the customer service department for $25. The coupon that they sent to me, and I tried to use the same day expired at the end of December and they wouldn’t allow me to use it. I don’t think it’s cool that a customer service department sent out expired coupons that you can’t use. The staff are fine and did their job as best they could. However, it took like 30 minutes for the car in front of me and my car to go through the process was slow. I appreciate the fact that I was offered Water a few times. I though
