Take 5 Oil Change

My experience wasn't bad but it wasn't the best one that I've had when I visit this store. These technicians were less courteous, less experienced. I had to ask for my tires to be checked. I was not informed of any checks. Like my windshield wiper, fluids or any of the fluids that they were supposed to check, they were not experienced in putting the plate back up under my vehicle. Or either, and it definitely did not take five minutes. If I did not have the fifty percent off coupon, I would have ended up spending over two hundred dollars for an oil change.I thought that would be overrated overpriced.

They were not busy just after 7pm. We were attended quickly and the service was thorough. The prices have gone up everywhere and for high mileage blended oil the $75 bill, while still shocking, was necessary and still less than other places we shopped.

1st wanted me go Walmart because Walmart has better prices 2nd Told me one price then starting work on car that told me different price , service fee and filter in not included in price. 3rd When put oil in my car he spilled oil all over my engine and body of my car even know he had funnel. Zero Stars

“I went in yesterday for an oil change and was shocked by the price. I usually pay under $100, but this time it came to $115. When I asked about it, the guy just shrugged like he didn’t care. Instead of arguing, I left—and I won’t be going back. Every other time I’ve gone, someone explained the process, but this guy didn’t say a word, not even about the price. Honestly, I should have gone to the dealership—it would’ve been cheaper. I’ll never return.”

Where do I begin?? From the moment I arrived at the establishment, I had a sinking feeling that I had made a grave mistake. The initial encounter with a young lady, whose name unfortunately escapes me, was nothing short of discourteous. She displayed an astonishing level of brevity, impoliteness, and a complete lack of interest in assisting me. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for her. As I drove my vehicle into the service area, I was exposed to an atmosphere of profanity-laden conversations among the employees. Their disdain for being present at work was palpable and disheartening. Regrettably, the experience only worsened from there. To my astonishment, a service technician named Emerald recklessly extracted an object from under my car's hood, carelessly sli
