The service guys were absolutely wonderful! I did however ask for a windshield wiper for my back window and it showed in their system that it was in stock… for some reason, the wiper just was snapping right so they tried to accommodate the situation, by going to AutoZone to get the correct wiper which was just two minutes up the road.., unfortunately, AutoZone didn’t have it either, that would have been discontinued… so the technicians were kind enough to make me happy with the Situation by offering me choices to make me happy.
This is the best Take 5 in all of Charlotte! They really have a great crew over here. Andy, is always helpful and knows his stuff. Always looking out and pretty honest man. Just recently came here again and Andy wasn’t working this time. I was helped by Andrea & Elijah they were the same way looking to help and very honest about everything! Not many places you can go these days where they all know what they’re doing and not just looking to get a bunch of money out of you. They will also have you in and out no problems!
The price point for an oil change these days is well above affordable. For a base synthetic oil change and air filter $125 with a coupon is CRAZY. You've priced me out and the convenience no longer out weighs the cost. Will be my last visit. This is not a reflection on the staff, just as a company price point.
I’ve been changing my oil with Take 5 for the last 5 years and have always left a happy client. Albemarle Rd was no exception today. Greeted with a smile and provided great customer service by Ely and David. Thank you for the recommendations and efficiency.
The guy that take five on Albermarle Road, all amazing! Have a female I don’t feel take advantage of. They’re not too pushy I’m sales and although they do all their proper recommendations, I feel like they’re very trustworthy. They all had smiles on their faces, very welcoming, and none of them felt bothered. They were great as a team and this is one of the reasons I continue to go there.! Eve Torres
