Take 5 Oil Change

Been going there for years same location. This time will be my last. The guy almost destroyed my air filter cover literally pulling on it. They never showed me the oil on the dip stick. Told me they topped off my windshield wiper fluid and they never touched it. Never even touched the tires to check them. And when I asked about it he lied to my face and told me they checked them. Left dirty hand prints on my truck never even tried to wipe it down. I have never got that bad of service there but will not go back. Added a photo of the amount of oil they put in. This should be a crime to defraud the people who you serve!

I don't like all the sales they try to get you on but everyone was very nice super fast and efficient. There was a young lady that changed my oil and aired up my tires,which I thought was the coolest thing I've seen in a long time! Definitely recommend this location!! A little overpriced 🫤but understandable and luckily last minute I found a 25 dollar off coupon 😏

I had a not so great experience once, and despite myself decided to give them another chance and went again. The first time I had a light on my dashboard and went to ask what it was I needed, and I was on an extremely tight budget but I uber/lyft so was necessary! One guy barely glances at my dash just outstanding to my car symptoms and decided I needed a coolant flush and my car was overheating. Ok cool, got that done. As I’m attempting to drive away the light does not go away and my car doesn’t sound different. Several of them are checking and saying I might need to drive for a few minutes. No. Not the problem! Went to another place and found out I actually needed a new radiator and that’s what the light meant! Meanwhile I paid for unnecessary work. I returned for a very pricey oil chan

I usually have no issue here, but if Alex is the supervisor for the day, I’d advise you to stay away. He did nothing but argue over me when I asked for a sticker that gave me my actual oil change mileage and not just the 1/2 way mark. He tried explaining the “why” like I was 2 years old. I told him I always request 2 stickers, and they always give me 2. He WOULD NOT do it. I even told him the reason why - that I have mistakenly come in at the 1/2 way point, thinking it was the full time, and I asked for an oil change. They did it, no questions asked, even though they really should have told me it was the 1/2 way point. He said if the customer requests an oil change, they won’t question it and will do it. I said, precisely why I want the sticker that also tells me when the oil change is due

Alex did an amazing job. It was my first time going to a Take5 but I will absolutely continue using them. Great customer service and prices were reasonable.
