Take 5 Oil Change

Thought this was a great idea, they could do it why you stayed in your car and they would check the fluids and air in the tires. And price quote for full synthetic 84.99 and sent you a coupon for 25$ off! Then you get there and they’re telling you how you need the 120$ one. I think they even changed it filter anything, lights were still on about low tires after I left. I feel like I need to take it somewhere else to make sure everything is right!!! Will definitely NOT go back!!!

HORRIBLE. On 12/6/25 I had an oil change done. Less than 1000 miles later on 12/24/25 my oil filter fell out and my engine was blown. $14,000 to fix that they don't want to take responsibility for. Their 3rd part claims (Fleet Response) is dragging their feet and making excuses. The manager at Take 5 (D was his name) said they fired the person that did it and he doesn't like the new filters they use anyway, doesnt that mean they did something wrong? Smart Toyota of Davenport has ran a diagnostic and said there is NO MECHENICAL way this could have happened and it was USER ERROR. I will keep pushing and blasting this everywhere I go because people need to BEWARE! My car has 94k miles on it and has only ever had oil changes at Smart Toyota and Mills Chevy all carfaxed and the ONE time I go

They messed up things both times I had my last two oil changes done there. One was not installing the oil filter properly, so it leaked oil. This last time was the skid plate underneath. They did not tighten it completely when they were done, and half came low enough to drag and cause issue. I gave them two stars bc at least they fixed it for free and without argument, however it was an huge inconvenience to drive back over there both times. I’m lucky the skidplate did not fall completely off while I was driving. Will not be going back there anymore.

Excellent service. I never used it before but I will never go somewhere else from now on. I love how professional they are, how quick they performed the task, how reasonable the prices are. I will definitely recommend them with everyone I know.

Good service, oil change was done in a reasonable time, Though to pay close to $100.00 for their basic oil change is a bit much. They ( Take 5) really should make the consumers end cost more relatively advertised. They should include the disposal cost of old oil, ect, in their price, all but end taxes. Do not believe fluids were checked, for sure not topped off, tire pressures checked ? As for when I returned home , I did do a visual inspection and windshield washer fluid took almost 1/2 gallon to fill, also coolant was low enough I added little over 1 quart to bring reservoir to safe level. Yes I do like the convenience of not getting under my car (especially in the winter months) , but at this kind of cost for the sevices rendered I'll do it myself more often. I would have given 5 stars,
