Take 5 Oil Change

11/9/25 @12.36PM. I stopped by today to get my oil changed. While the crew was working on my car, I watch a tech open my air filter compartment with a battery-operated wrench. I heard him make a grunt noise which I though occurred as he was looking at my air filter. The air filter was pretty bad, and the price wasn't too awful, so I asked them to change it. While they were changing the oil I watched them searching around deep in the engine compartment with a magnet. I expected that the tech dropped one of the fasteners and was trying to retrieve it. When the tech reassembled the filter compartment I watched as he only acted like he was screwing the fasteners back in. I was heading out of town unexpectedly and didn't have time to get in with the dealership. Take 5 was quick, easy, and professional. I was impressed with their procedures for safety and how well the guys followed their protocol

The staff were very nice. However the only oil available was the most expensive option which I was already in the garage and felt obliged to proceed. Way too much money for an oil change even with the coupon. The staff were nice and fast but will not return due to the cost alone.

There was no wait at all, and everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. One thing I really loved was that I got to stay in my car during the entire service. It made the whole process so easy and convenient, especially since I was in the middle of a long road trip. They explained everything clearly, worked fast, and made sure my car was good to go for the rest of my drive. Overall, this was one of the smoothest oil change experiences I’ve ever had. We tried getting an oil change for our Mitsubishi at the dealer several times. Three times the waiting time was 2 hours. We finally gave up and tried 5 minutes and they were great. They had 2 cars ahead of us with a 20 minute wait. They were professional and did a great job. They’re a little expensive but we got 25% off coupon on their website site. We’ll be back.
