This oil change place is the best The people here at the HWY 42 Florence Kentucky location are incredibly awesome. Very personal made sure I was happy every step of the way. So excited to be a customer. Today they made me feel Important TY keep up the great work

It was a great experience. It was quick in and quick out. The 3 employees that took care of my oil change were awesome. Very professional and answered all my questions. I was confident with their service after driving away.

The people working there were so nice. They didn’t try to add a bunch of services that I didn’t need or want. She told me to come back anytime before 3,000 miles and she would check my tires and fluid levels and add for free if needed. This included washer fluid and oil. I am definitely going back. Oh, also they gave both of us a free bottle of water. Great place… great service

I’d avoid this location/company. I took my wife’s car up there for an oil change and outside of them being friendly that’s where the good stops. After my oil change was “complete” they had me start the car and the engine began shaking pretty bad which it had never done before. The guy who changed the oil asked the manager “is that the moto mount?” Yet had zero shaking or issues prior to the oil change? Then after turning it off and them messing with something had me start it back up, well it struggled to start. We then turned it back off, messed around again before having me turn it back on and it struggled to start again. Very friendly and professional staff, especially Aleisha and Jayden! Very knowledgeable, explained things well, didn’t try to upcharge me on anything unnecessary, respectful if I said I wasn’t interested in further services. They didn’t have the specific wipers for my car, and apologized profusely for it and even asked if they could take a picture of my windshield wiper arm so they could send it to their manager to order supplies for next time and future customers. They had my cabin air filter out of stock at their location, but took it on themselves to contact another nearby location and had an employee drive it over to them so I could get it replaced in the same visit while they were working on the oil change; they even were respectful and considerate enough to check their inventory befo
