Take 5 Oil Change

First time visiting Take 5 and I must say these amazing gentlemen provided the best customer service! I called looking for an oil change that wouldn’t take long due to my break. I spoke with Zay who provided me with excellent information that allowed me to make the decision to go. I was greeted with a bottle of water while I waited from the assistant manager Desmond. Desmond, Zay and Adam working efficiently and quickly to get me in and out at a reasonable rate. Very pleased with the experience I will continue my service with this location!

Severely needed an oil change and having lots of trouble at other oil Change establishments I decided to give them a try. It was my first time at Take 5 and color me impressed. By far the most informative and easy oil change. Daylin and Zavies were professional, kind, and made sure I knew the state of my vehicle. They made sure I knew it was an option to add on certain things like air filters or a fuel cleaner but were not pushy at all. I was treated with respect from the moment I pulled in to the moment I pulled out. Take 5 has just earned customers for life! Thank you Daylin and Zavies. My car is running beautifully

Solid crew that went above and beyond. Showed me a photo of my drain plug that another garage must have changed to a not standard part before and proceeded with caution to not force me into a tow situation. Sucked the old oil out as best they could and got me back on the road with as much fresh oil as they could add, along with options to get a real plug replacement. Would recommend

Take 5 oil change on East Beline in Grand Rapids has Probably the best oil change service I’ve ever come across. Adam and his team were awesome. Water when I arrived. I received a coupon and windshield was cleaned. It was 100% best place and I only went bc the fox dealership was closed. Thank you! 5 stars

Had to go here in a pinch. I'm so glad that I did because the manager Kenny and the guy that he was working with that morning were incredibly nice to me and they were very prompt and attentive. I highly recommend this location to anybody that needs any services provided for their vehicle. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Also very honest and not pushy sales people. Thanks again guys!
