Take 5 Oil Change

My first time at Take 5 On Pleasantburg - referred from a friend who is their client, we had a coupon & they honored it & additionally added other discounts for connivence, my car is back to 100% oil life. I am so happy and it didn’t take long at all. Me and my friend enjoy going there to sit & chat while we take care of the car with them. Our mechanics were Landon, Will & others on the team that help guide you in, check you out and sen you off with full safety & check additionally the engine filter, tires & fluid, and wipers. I feel confident to get back on the road & everyone on the team should get proper bonuses during the holidays for working the cold! May God bless them. I’ll be a returning customer:)

Amazing service! Manager came out to meet me as soon as I pulled in line. They gave me a free water bottle and started prepping my car immediately so I’d be ready when the car in front of me pulled out. The service was efficient and everyone was working as a team. They all were smiling and happy to be working with each other and for us the client. I noticed a new hire needed help and several team members came over to support him and guide him. The overall experience was warm and inviting which is crazy for an oil change place. Highly recommend! Also, they have coupons on their website so I saved $25 too 🙌🏼

Another great experience with you guys. The service was excellent. Will was fantastic with his explanations with services. Aidan, Jaylyn, and Marshall were quick and efficient throughout the whole process. Their communication amongst each other is what teamwork looks like in a great collaborative environment. We got complimentary waters too. The military discount and recognition from the crew was wonderful. We will be back. Thank you guys.

Initial oil change resulted in a cross threaded oil cap that flooded the bottom of my engine bay with oil. Went back to store to correct issue and oil change was corrected with cap properly installed, though spilled oil was not cleaned up from underneath engine bay. Servicer claimed no oil was under bay despite local reputable mechanic stating otherwise. Mechanic stated that oil was found underneath dipstick and underneath oil filter and from this point all the way down to the oil pan and then blown back toward rear suspension. When store manager was confronted about this he immediately got upset and told me that I was banned from the store for updating my Google review from a 5 star and then downwards to a 1 star over a 3 week period as more information was found out. My service provider was Landon! He did an awesome job with communication especially since I was handling a very important phone call at the same time. I hate being on the phone while getting serviced but he handled it well and did great with explaining everything I needed. I’ve been to other take 5 oil changes and never was thanked for my service like at this location on S. Pleasantburg! I will definitely be back everytime!
