Take 5 Oil Change

I was impressed by the young lady who took such great care of me. She handled everything very well. My oil was changed in a timing fashion. She worked hard to be sure I was well taken care of. She is a huge asset to your company. Along with the young gentleman who was asking all the questions and taking great care of being sure I knew all what was being serviced and why. Great Job take 5. I normally go to one of their competitors, I have for years. The competition wait times were really long. By chance I was driving near (Take 5 on 17th), and thought why not give them a try? The service was quick, efficient, thorough, and their employees were awesome. Very friendly, honest about what services they offer, costs were excellent. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for the amazing service. See ya in a few months.

It was overall a pretty good experience. I chose the mid-line oil. And was confused on why I was charged more than what was listed. I didn’t notice that until I got home. I chose to have the air and cabin filters changed as the needed it. It was fast and convenient. I will be returning for my next oil change. The guys were super nice and helpful!

First time customer and I can honestly say they ARE fast. They had a variety options and good quality materials. Nikki was super upbeat and knowledgeable, which made the experience great. All staff looked happy to be there and to help. I will be back and recommend to everyone.

Their conduct of operations was super fulfilling to see. Excellent three way communication, peer checks, loud call outs. It definitely made me feel that the team was well trained and they care about there safety as well as ensureing the work was done right. They were honest about filter condition and not pushy when I turned down additional services. Good experience!
