Take 5 Oil Change

Great service, reported PM needed, completed timely. The only thing I would recommend: been there twice, both times the sticker showed next service due at 3000 miles while the attendant stated 5000 (generic synthetic/regular combo). I also checked Google that recommended a change at between 5000 and 7000 miles depending on vehicle age/mileage. Please consider making the stickers marry up with recommended mileage oil change. First time customer and the staff took their time explaining the process while they were performing service on my car. I was greeted with a bottled water before the service began They showed me the oil stick before and after the service ask well as the oil cap. I love the perk that you can return anytime during a month to top fluids off and as well as air in my tires. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

This was my first visit here but I am a long time customer from your store in Bellair Texas. Your staff here did not disappoint, I felt just as confident with them as my old guys. Checked oil let me not did not need a change but was a bit low added that. Checked other fluids. Left with no change, this is the kind of service every senior lady needs.

I highly recommend Take 5. Normally you hear horror stories of Quick Lube places forgetting to add oil, or forgetting drain plugs. However the Take 5 staff is extremely professional and follow procedures to make sure they do it right. They are methodical and inspect their work, such as showing the customer the level on the dipstick, and checking the filter and plug with the motor running. All while you sit in your vehicle and can watch. Prices are a bit high and similar to dealerships, but they do offer coupons if you check online.

We had a very good experience with Take 5 staff.they were all very friendly and professional and did a great job on service our vehicle.I would recommend to use them you won’t be disappointed Jessie the lead tech was very helpful explained the service’s and other services they provided.it was just a great experience much.
