Take 5 Oil Change

I got my oil changed here as I’ve been doing for a while now, I waited in line about an hour and a half and the employees seemed to possibly be burned out they weren’t moving with any intention. Once I was charged the mechanic moved the cone to wave me out but I had realized he didn’t top off my fluids or check my tires as they advertise. He checked the left side of my tires pressure decided the right side wasn’t worth checking and topped my windshield wiper fluid off. Okay experience I didn’t get frustrated I’m just concerned about if take5 employees are being treated because they didn’t seem happy to be doing there jobs or completing the job correctly.

Very nice staff, fast service. I’m really glad the manager was there; he spent a little extra time explaining things to me, and the services needed in the future. Something most places rush you out of the door on explaining about.

The prices had went up dramatically! Use to be my favorite spot now they’re just like any other spot! Paid 104$ with a 25$ off coupon! Smh 🤦‍♀️ they barely wanted to check my air for my tires. No fluids was topped off. And

Amazing crew. They were very polite and answered my questions in a very detailed and objective way. Gave me all the information to make an informed choice on my vehicle maintenance. Even short staffed (and training!) we were in and our pretty quickly.

Great Customer Service and in a timely manner. I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. Thanks Again to the Technician who helped me. He explained everything as he was servicing the vehicle. I really appreciate the fact that Take 5 offers a Veterans and Military discount of 25% off. I truly Thank them for helping the Veteran Community. Great Job!
