Take 5 Oil Change

Overall my oil change was fine and I was given "free" things as a discount. Employees were kind and quick. The signage makes it look like you can choose the cheapest service, but it doesn't include all the oil you need or the shop fee. Was told I was getting the gas cleaner free. It was taken out of the $25 discount, not free. Why not be straight forward with your prices? Final total was $91 ($29 air filter added)

This is Opelousas LA location. Took an hour to complete the 2 cars ahead of me. Employees spent a lot of time talking to each other rather than giving the fast service they advertise. And to top it all off, they did not replace my oil pan cover correctly and this happened on my way home

I have been going to take five for years. Always have great service. The double checking and services provided are fantastic . It is nice to see the training and opportunities for people who want to work. Keep up the great work and customer service. One of the few companies left with these qualities. 👍

Overly priced, and they try to upsell you on random items, such as marked-up wiper blades new air filters, even after I told them my filter is a reusable K&N filter that I just cleaned two days ago, and my cabin filter is also new, etc. The staff is friendly and they can change oil, but splashed oil all over my undercarriage and spilled oil on my engine block. It costs me $80 to change my own oil. They charged $280 and I didn't buy any of their attempted upsell extra items.

Service was as good as always! 5 star on service. Quit handling Mobile one synthetic and went to Pennzoil. Needed an oil change so I went with it 16,000 miles on the truck so no big deal, but, I won't be back!
