Take 5 Oil Change

I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The manager Shey and staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell unnecessary services, and even changed my filter as part of the service. I was in and out quickly without ever leaving my car. It's refreshing to find a place that values your time and provides honest, top-notch service. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending Take 5 to friends and family!

Just left after getting an oil change and a rear diff service. I pulled in at 9:05AM and pulled out at 11:00AM. I’ve never had to wait that long at this location. After almost 2 hours of waiting, I get to my next stop and my hood is not even latched and there’s oil spills and greasy handprints all over my truck. I just spent $30 on a car wash last night. Also, they didn’t inflate any of my tires or reset my oil light. This is pretty ridiculous. Definitely don’t recommend and won’t use this location anymore.

I had a great experience with Shea, the manager/technician at Take 5 Oil Change in Pace, Florida. 2 months ago I came in for an oil change and was told my coolant levels were uneven and that I needed a flush and refill, which I went ahead and did. Today my car overheated, and when I checked under the hood the coolant reservoir was completely empty. I carefully drove back to Take 5 and explained the situation. Shea immediately pulled up my service records, inspected everything, and found that the previous technician had not properly completed the job. Shea was fast, honest, and professional. He showed me exactly what was going on, refilled the coolant completely, and took care of it at no charge. Very, very helpful and very nice people! They did a great job and also helped us figure out some of the issues we were having with our car! Even gave us a few quarts of oil in case we needed it on our way back to PA

Fast oil change. Problem is they did not reinstall the splash pan screws tight and they came loose and fell out. Second time Take 5 has done this. I bought more screws and reinstalled. Also the Ford Edge uses Orange coolent and not pink.
