Take 5 Oil Change

Went when it was busy. Guys kept coming out and communicating with everyone in line. Got inside and everyone was on task. The crew all worked together and had a really good working vibe with each other. Good work place culture. They were quick and friendly. Their gonna be my preferred location going forward.

My wife and I use Take 5 often for the past few years. Today I had the worse experience at the Parma- Brookpark location. I was helped by Gio (I think was his name) He appeared very irritated. He spoke to me very fast and never explained any of the oil change products to me. Had an attitude the entire time. I had to ask him if he was okay? And that I am just a customer” because of his tone and body language. He said yea I’m fine “ Im just an employee” in a very snarky tone” When he asked what oil change I wanted he kept acting like he couldn’t hear me. Then he told me that we’re out of the oil change oil that’s 49.99. ( so he obviously heard me) The oil change I received was not what I asked for. No one checked my tire pressure, (I had a low tire on the right) Gio didn’t even ask if I had

Giovany took special care to explain all of his recommendations to me in ways I could understand, and to demonstrate how he fulfilled each step. He was courteous and I felt very well-taken care of during my visit, even though a routine oil change turned into quite a bit more work and expense. I'm grateful that Giovany was the technician who took care of my vehicle!

They forgot to reattach the plastic skip plate under my Kia. Whoops. Good thing I noticed after I left. I returned and they reattached it. They were polite

I’m a creature of habit and don’t usually like taking my Benz to places I’ve never been but I really needed my oil change and I’m so glad I stopped here. Amazing job and no problems at all. Got my oil changed and a new air filter which I needed. Was in a bit of a line but definitely worth it! Was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Will be coming back for my next change for sure!
