They were very helpful with oil change options, I feel like they did a great job. Even got a great deal on coolant flush. Quick and efficient. I really appreciated their service.

Excellent service provided by all technicians. The technician that assisted me directly was courteous , well knowledged in all area and able to answer all my questions while providing well detailed information. I commend this young man for his level of professionalism. I plan to return to this specific Take 5 location for all my future needs. I will be sending referrals as well with hope they have the opportunity to be assisted by the same technician that handled my transaction. I was recommended here by a friend. Pulled in for an oil change and state inspection. The large sign clearly says “Wait in Your Car,” so as a first-time customer, I paused briefly to see where I should pull in or park. There were multiple technicians standing in a circle with no vehicles in the bays, and instead of directing me, they began laughing hysterically (including the manager who was standing with them). It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. When my husband returned with me to address it, the staff denied laughing at me and implied I was mistaken and had a little pile of excuses as to why they didn’t bother to help me. The manager conveniently had footage already pulled up — apparently because I reacted and left (admittedly I flipped them off because that was actually crazy) —

Went in for an oil change. I have a car that requires a synthetic oil. I own a 2023 N-Line Hyundai Sonata. I had been using Take 5 oil change on Barryrose in Pearland Tx for 3 years. My total, with the recommended synthetic Mobile One oil change had never been more than $125.00. And that was the price posted in your bay. However, after I politely turned down a recommended anti freeze radiator flush (upsold, I was advised because of the in coming cold front and Hyundai recommended service) the employee then returned 3 minutes later and now said he could now take an additional 25% off the oil change and flush if I whondo them both. I again declined the offer which seemed to disappoint the employee. I asked if my left side tire psi could be check at 32 psi because they were showing 28 psi. H
