Take 5 Oil Change

Stay away if your value your vehicle. I left a Yelp review. Not wasting my time with this place. Stay away! They don’t deserve any stars. Below are the pictures of the mess they did. Had to go elsewhere to get my car fixed.

I’m a repeat customer at this location for my oil changes. The staff are always friendly and incredibly fast. Most recently Rae, Brandon, and Chase were my service team. I cannot say enough good things about them, especially Rae. They all brightened my day immensely but Rae really went above and beyond to make a personal connection and I really did feel like a valued customer. Really wonderful service team, keep up the great work.

I went to the Take 5, 2870 Rogers Rd, Wake Forest, NC 27587, location. I was a little under the crunch on time, the shop was shorthanded, and I was pleasantly impressed with my time in and out! All the staff were professional, efficient, worked under pressure together as a team, respectful and kind. I'm making this location, my new favorite. Thank you Take 5!

I go here all the time. I was there on Friday and it was so cold! As always the staff is always incredibly kind and friendly. They are quick and have your best value in mind. I’ve been going to this location for 4 years and plan my oil changes around being able to visit this location! Keep up the great work.

I always do my own oil changes because of my meticulous attention to details, but I was so impressed with this place when I was in a time crunch years ago, that they won me over for all my oil changes. Sadly, this is no longer the case… This place used to be great. This recent visit, was rushed, poor attention to detail and probably my last. They didn’t read out the torque spec for my drain plug, this has always happened in the past. They left my hood and side door filthy with oil hand prints everywhere. Failed to give me a new window sticker for my oil change reminder. Along with a poor attitude by a few of their employees. There are plenty of friendlier places I can spend my money at. Sadly, I will now find a new place for my oil changes or go back to doing them myself.
