Take 5 Oil Change

Fastest oil change I’ve ever gotten. They took 20 minutes, and I didn’t even have to get out of my car! The customer service has been great both times I’ve been, along with great deals on new and additional services. Will definitely be making this my new go to shop:)

Awesome is the word! I went there for just an oil change, however I explained that after 7 years of putting this car back on the road, these gentleman went above and beyond to did an observation on my car. I already know I will need new wipers, but I found out I need an antifreeze flush, and these guys are awesome. They communicated with me with everything about what’s going on with the car and just kept me informed which II already know I will need to have you replaced my wipers. They allow me to make a decision on anything else that needed no pressure and I agree and they did take care of me. And the whole time I was allowed to sit in my car while they did the work. I definitely recommend Take 5 on Brigthleaf Blvd

DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGED HERE!! Went 2 months ago yesterday to get an oil change and ended up having to get towed and a new oil change. Went to Walmart today to get it checked (towed to the parking lot) and to my told me the last person who changed it (take 5) didn’t tighten the oil filter and it had all leaked out. My car could have quite literally exploded. $300 later and their mistake is fixed. This place is a hazard and don’t care that they are putting people in serious danger. The worst part of it all is that the manager on duty changed my oil himself. After spending $300 on a tow truck, a new oil change and an Uber to get me from a place to place. I absolutely think they should cover the bill. The photo attached is just a picture of the leaking that happened in the matter of tw

This was my first time going to Take 5 and it was a wonderful experience. The gentlemen helping me were fast and efficient. They were fun to talk to and made a mundane task a good experience. Highly recommend going to them.

I was going to another place to get my oil changed when I missed my turn, so I went into Take 5 Oil Change at the end of a long day. Both Colten and Kendrick were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and patient. They explained the service, my options and the benefits, and shared things that I should consider about my vehicle going forward. They followed a safety and double check protocol throughout the process & completed my service quickly. They asked me if I had any questions and made my decision to stop here a good one! I would return to this business and recommend them.
