fantastic first experience. i was greeted with a smile and a water the minute they opened. great hours, mike was very professional and helpful. great service in and out with great products. was there 20 minutes never wasted a second of time. did a oil change and new wipers! fantastic and cheaper and better quality than rainX wipers i am impressed. A+ company will only do business here when it come to oil changes and routine car maintenance.

This is the place to go for oil changes. I'd probably use it for other services as well. There was no one else there when I arrived so I got right in. You stay in your vehicle and I was handed a bottled water right away. Nice. They ask what type of oil you would like and there is a chart showing the differences between the options. I'm very happy that my air filter was checked and shown to me because Ihave never looked at it in 4 years! Yes, I had them change it as well. Great service, great guys. Probably about fifteen minutes for everything. Definitely my choice and I'll be bringing my next vehicle there for sure. Thanks again guys!

Webster location is amazing! I was greeted immediately and handed a bottle of water. I love not having to get out of the vehicle. Great teamwork, everything done quickly and efficiently which reminded me of a pit crew. Friendly staff! I will definitely return! Your loss Jiffy Lube!!

Dale and Joe were great. Everything was very well explained to me. They were professional, personable, and courteous. I was in and out within 15 minutes tops. I’ll definitely be back.

I went there one time. That was enough. The 2 individuals working on my vehicle were nice enough, but they were more interested in flirting with each other (guy and girl) than doing a great job. They did not tighten the oil pan bolt well, resulting in a leak. They managed to dislodge the heat shield, and it fell off while I was driving. If I could easily prove, I would have sued the place for incompetence.
