Take 5 Oil Change

This was my second time visiting Take 5 in the Tampa area, and let’s just say the Wesley Chapel team completely changed the game for me. Marcus delivered top-tier service from start to finish. He was hands-on, attentive, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Not only did he handle the oil change smoothly, but he also went above and beyond checking my air filter (which absolutely needed replacing and apparently got overlooked at my first location) and making sure everything under the hood was in great shape. What really stood out was the level of communication. He took the time to explain that I can come back to have my oil topped off before hitting the mileage for my next change something I was never told before. Came to get an oil change at the busiest time of the day (12:30pm 2/27), and the crew handled the rush like pros! Take 5 definitely lives up to the name, finishing my car very quickly while dealing with 2 other cars. Huge thanks to Iriona, Mike, Jennifer, Richard, and the very nice lady with tattoos working today!

Well I’m proud to say I’ve found a shop I can get my regular oil changes and stuff I need to get done with my car. Never really went to a shop to get these things done. I’ve always taken care of myself or have someone help me. But now that I’ve got a newer vehicle 2008 ford explorer. I don’t have much of a choice. They didn’t take advantage of me as a female only told and physically shown me the things I needed and explained reasons why I needed this or that. Reasonably priced even gave me a discount for next time so I can take care of things that I need to take care of next time. They had me in and out. All the techs were really nice and made sure i understood everything I was paying for. Top notch customer service! I will return on a regular basis😊😊

I went to this location to get an oil change. Though it did not take only five minutes I was not attended to right away due to each garage being full I didn’t even wait very long for it to be my turn. Wyatt was very helpful, kind and well spoken. He kept me informed on every single move him and his teammates made on my car. So super shout out Wyatt. I also like that the manager was helping the team and not standing back being an ass lol.

Great customer service very pleased with Richard and CT professional performance and explaining in detail what oil package I purchased.(Air filter and cabin filter replacement topped off fluids along with checking the air pressure for my tires) Thank you!!!
