Take 5 Oil Change

Great Experience. The girls are professional and super polite. Gave me a water while I waited and offered multiple options for my service. The service was great but even with an online coupon the bill was a lot more than I expected. I know i need 8 quarts for my truck but I can't wait for the summer when I can do it myself in the driveway for less than half the price.

My son & I were Christmas shopping out of town and thought it would be a quick service but ended up being longer and more expensive than I wanted during the holiday. I know oil is more expensive for my type of vehicle so I figured the approximate price in my head based on last visit at different location. We were kind of on a time crunch (live 50 miles south of location) with more shopping to do & ended up being there at least 20-25 minutes due to changing the cabin filter and training a new employee to do it. I wasn’t prepared for it & it increased the total amount due even with the discount 🫤 The trainee had a great sense of humor as did all associates. I will admit the cabin filter was disgusting. So I couldn’t be too upset they performed the check. I urge everyone to have them checked/

Ayana and my chick Joi Joi were phenomenal. Id hands down come back a million times to just to hang with them for 10-15 minutes. 100 out of 10 for service. Kept it real. We're extremely friendly. Fast service. Wonderful people.

It was my first time going to A Take five for an oil change. It was a great experience. The two employees that I dealt with were professional, courteous, and very thorough. I definitely will be going back to take five.

The workers Joi and the other female were AWESOME. I got stuck in the snow at your entrance for 15 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOOK AT YOUR CAMERAS FROM FRIDAY JANUARY 2ND!!!+++ Joi was kind enough to shovel me out. The employees said 2 people were there earlier from corporate and they told them the plow never came. I was so freaking pissed off I wanted to leave as it was a TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE for me. I will probably never go back there. I just wanted to advise you the employees were perfect! Your company sucks.
