Talbert's Automotive and Tire

My family experienced an automobile emergency and our vehicle was towed to Talbert's. I can truthfully say that the staff treated us with the utmost kindness from beginning to end. They were always friendly and went out of their way to help us with a rather difficult situation. The mechanic staff assessed the damage to our vehicle promptly, and spent time discussing it with us and exploring all of our options. We are so appreciative of how they handled our situation.

Found Talberts via a local recommendation. Though I'd received okay commentary, I was new to the area and in need of an oil change service, and tire rotation, and which typically comes with oil service, and tire repair/plug needed. Needless to say, was stunned to receive a $300+ bill. The cost of full sythetic oil was $60+, air and cabin filters were $35+ each, tire rotation $45+. I'd been traveling cross-country by car the past 10 months, and in any state where I stopped for service I was never charged more than $10 for filter replacements, $40 for full synthetic oil, and no cost for tire rotation, as included in service! AND since moving to NC Triangle/Triad, have paid less than what Talberts charged. Needless to say, if willing to drive 15-20 in a different direction than Talberts,

I came in with a flat tire and they fixed my puncture in 20 minutes or less and the price was well. More than reasonable. Very friendly people. Highly recommend going here. Thank you so much
