Tasca Ford Service

I built my Maverick online, pretty cool, I knew exactly the price. Thought it was a come on, but wanted to see how it worked . Tasca Ford in Berlin CT was the dealer in my area which processed my order. I was greeted by John Q. Expected a hard sell , a slicky boy. John Q. Was sincere, helpful suggestions, a pleasure to work with. Guess what, the price was what I expected, dealer delivery/prep fee was quite reasonable. Production and delivery time was quicker than I anticipated. If you’re going to tow, get the tow package. I bought the XLT package plus tow package. Even if you’re not going to tow , the 6 hundred bucks for the tow package is a value. My one con so far is the sound system, I would have paid extra for the Bose system, but wasn’t available unless I upgraded to the Larimie l

Had a great experience at Tasca! Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and the service team was attentive and helpful. Service to my vehicle was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I have had different experiences with dealers in the past- Tasca hands down will be getting all my future business!

Mike in the auto body shop was great to work with. I brought my 2022 Maverick in for repairs. He wrote up the quote sent myself and the other person insurance company the quote. All I had to was drop the truck off and pick it up they handle everything else it was great working with Mike and Tasca Ford

Terrible service. Left a review on how bad my service was. Then, I got a message to call the gm. I called and spoke to him. Then got a call from the service manager. We discussed what would happen next to resolve my issues. I was told I'd would hear from the service writer. 1 week goes by and nothing I Then leave a message for the gm. I Then get a call from the service writer and was told I'd get a call back by end of day. That was 3 days ago. This is a joke. Apparently they dont want business or just don't care that people need their vehicle fixed. Definitely not trading my truck in there or ever suggest anyone bring it there for service.
