Shane Dillehay, in the truck service dept was exceptional. He treated me with respect and was very helpful and knowledgeable with my service appointment. Shane was very cool calm and collected.

The Check in process was easy, and booked my appointment online through their web site, and got my car back in less than an hour after checking it in.
