Got everything done a lot quicker than I thought it would take and helped me through every step of the process. Super nice employees all around.

I had an issue with a vehicle that was purchased a few days prior. The Service Advisor (Steve) did a fantastic job getting my vehicle in and repaired very promptly. I have delt with a few advisors in the past and none of them delivered the quality of service and compassion that I received at Tasca Ford Dickson City .

One star because they likely do this to more people who don't realize it. Went in for inspection and oil change. Needed front brakes on my truck. Girl came in and told me "with the brakes it'll be $650". Sounded high but not terribly unreasonable, called the dealer I bought it from and they charge $499 with labor. Figured $50-60 for inspection and 60-70 for oil change with the works package. A different employee came out when it was finished and said "your all set just need your signature" Stopped immediately when I saw the bottom line was $900+ went over the bill, she couldn't answer any questions and only apologized. I said I need a manager. They itemized every "the works" item which totaled around $170-$180, parts were marked up 100% to 150%, labor was charged not calculated correctly a

Brought a 2023 Raptor that's never been off road and they tell me it needs an alignment. Apparently everyone in the waiting room needs an alignment. Also, I brought it through the "fast lane" ha! Nothing fast about it, I'm still here an 1 1/2 later. Try a different dealership. Very disappointing experience. I will be using Coccia Ford in the future.

Always a great experience with Tasca. Took my fusion in for a check up after some issues and was given excellent service by my service advisor Brian. Gave me updates through out the day and when I went to pick it up, advised me on ways to keep the car in top shape.
