I am writing this review to warn others of how unprofessional Tasca Volkswagen is. The previous owners of this establishment showed more concern and treated their customers with respect. With this being my first experience under the new management, I can truly say that it’ll be my last. I dropped my car off to be serviced from 7 in the morning with high expectations of great service. To my avail I received the opposite, they lacked the ability to keep me informed on my vehicle. I called over 10 times to not receive an answer or a call back, to let them know that I would be there around 5pm to retrieve my vehicle. The worst Volkswagen experience ever. I visited couple of times because this place acts nice and affordable. In reality, you get what you pay for at this place. They do offer better price than any VW places around the area for maintenance, but the job quality is so garbage that they actually do not care about your car. They are so cheap that even every fluid is topped off at the minimum level so that you need to refill it by yourself or go back to the dealer. My coolant was an inch lower than the minimum level in 2 months. Because of proximity I scheduled another maintenance by them, and after a month I went to another dealer, they found things that had to replaced or leaking costing over $800. 2022 Taos- I brought my car in for inspection and service and was informed that there was a software update on the car. There were no CELs on my car when I brought it in. After first look I was informed that I needed my Combi valve replaced for about $400 and it was required for inspection to pass. When I asked why it wasn't covered under warranty, the service advisor looked at my file and agreed that it should be. When I picked up my car, I reviewed the work records and there was no mention of replacing the combi valve. When I questioned the service advisor he stated that after the software update the valve was now working. Imagine that, they failed inspection on my car with no CELs, stating I needed a valve replaced which miraculously fixed itself on a software update.

Find ANY OTHER Volkswagen service center to take your car to, this place is a waste of time and does poor work. The front desk employees don’t make eye contact with you because they know they’re scamming you, charging absurd prices for basic repairs, and the guys in the service department might as well be Googling the issues when your car comes in. Seriously, be warned…you should bring your car anywhere but here. I would feel shame and the embarrassment if I worked here.

This Volkswagen office is the worst in customer service and they don't perform proper maintenance on the cars and their assistants are very rude.
