I brought my jeep in and came in this morning to confirm the sound that caused me to bring it in. Well of course the jeep decided to be shy and wasnt making the noise there in front of the diesel mechanic. So I opted to drive the car around so he could get to other things he had to do. Well 2 hours later it still wasnt making the noise. So I said well ill just reschedule and record it when it started doing it again. Not 20 minutes after calling to reschedule the noise started right up. I was concerned about it potentially being a knocking sounds coming from the engine. Well turns out the bead weld on my catalytic converter had broken and was vibrating against a bolt. Brought it back and not two hours later I was good to go. When vacationing in Cloudcroft, New Mexico, our van started experiencing some problems. We took it to a local chain auto repair place. They performed a lot of work on our van, but when leaving to drive back home to Texas, the main problem with our van wasn’t resolved. Tate Branch Artesia Service Center took us in immediately while we were on the road and in about an hour took care of the problem with our van. Our family is so thankful that this problem was resolved and we will have a safe trip back home. The sales staff also made sure that our family (2 adults, 4 kids, a dog and a guinea pig) were comfortable while we were waiting for our vehicle. God bless this dealership and service staff. We are truly thankful!

"I've been a loyal customer for years, but my recent experience has completely changed my perception of this dealership. Their warranties are a joke. I brought in a vehicle with a transmission issue, which should have been covered under warranty. The external hydraulic pump was failing, and the part only cost around $300. However, I was told the entire transmission needed replacement because the pump was 'internal' which it isn't. It's clearly an external component. The technician either lacked basic knowledge or provided a bogus quote. To make matters worse, the warranty apparently only covered the vehicle's "broken down" value of around $1,500, despite their own quote for the repair exceeding $11,000. Ended up paying a $300 diagnostic fee, even though the repair should have been covere

Dudes are still on some high school drama mentality and are not professional by any means.... lied to me and a relative saying we needed certain repairs when not necessary... plus they just talk trash about the customer. If you've gotten work done here just follow up with a real mechanic afterwards.
