Let me tell you how shitty this place is. A vehicle was bought and two weeks later the transmission started going out on the 2021 ford expedition. They wanted to charge for the damages, then decided they would make the repairs. It would take about two weeks for repairs with no loaner vehicle. They wanted more applications and credits run to see about getting a different vehicle. Then they wanted to give the money back and cancel the contract after already running credit. Management assumed responsibility and reassured everything would be taken cared of. Nothing got taken cared of. You can’t leave a family of five without a vehicle because you sell crap vehicles to make a quick buck. This is unprofessional and disgusting business.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My car sat at Tate Branch for nearly 10 months, shuffled between four different employees before anyone even filed a proper warranty claim. At first, I was told it was just one sensor, then two. Six months later—after my car had already sat through the coldest winter we’ve had in years—I was suddenly told there was water in my oil. By then, the engine had seized. To make things worse, when I bought the car, brand new off the lot, it came with a promotion: $15 oil changes for life and a full powertrain warranty for 999,999 miles. Later on, Tate Branch tried to void my warranty because I didn’t keep going there for service. The last time I did, they charged me $300 for an oil change, one rear windshield wiper, and one air filter. I flat out told them no

Was walking by the building to reach my workplace today, they were having a sale and 3 employees were standing next to the sidewalk advertising, one of them said "you need a car buddy", I just continued walking to my work and they then proceeded to follow me down the side walk in front of their building yelling in a very aggressive manner "YO" over and over trying to get me to stop. They finally stopped once I reached the intersection down the street.

We got an awesome GMC Yukon Denali Diesel! Daniel, Cord and Simon were amazing! Very professional and answered all our questions! We are looking to buy another vehicle soon!
