About a 2021 TTR 50 a few years ago, this was a great experience it was new they financed no problems, 5 out of 5 stars But here in 2026 purchased a used 23 KX65, they wanted to charge me $850 to service the motorcycle before I purchased it, I feel as a consumer that should have been done before it was available for purchase. They dropped that charge, but still charged and assembly fee and also a title fee which dirt bikes do not have titles. But nonetheless my son is happy, went through and purchased the bike but this experience I'll give two out of five stars.

My experience buying my first bike at Team Charlotte was incredible! First, the selection was great for both new and used bikes. Second, I felt super comfortable, even though I came in alone with minimal knowledge on bikes beforehand. Jacob was incredibly helpful and attentive when I was describing what I was looking for, my preferences, my goals, and my experience. Overall, the process was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I’m obsessed with my new bike. They certainly got a customer for life!

We walked into this place expecting a simple transaction, but we left feeling like family. From our very first interaction with Jonathan to the moment he personally delivered our purchase, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Being in sales myself, I hold high standards when it comes to service — the kind that must be earned. Jonathan not only met those expectations, he surpassed them in every way. Purchased a 2024 Aprilia RSV4 Factory in Time Attack/Ultra Dark paint scheme. Kevin was so patient in the answering all questions, did a walk through of the bike’s features, and was with me every step of the way during the process. Tee was also very helpful and informative as well. (Also was fun to chat a little about road racing too). Renan was super helpful and helped close out the deal and any loose ends. Tee’s EuroCycle also offered a decent trade value for my 2020 Aprilia Tuono V41100 Factory. Not exactly what my original request for trade offer but much better than expected given I would have still needed to replace my trackday shagged tires for new rubber and an impending 12,500 mile service will soon be due in 2K miles. Took a friend's RS660 at CMP off T3 into the tire wall. I came from out of town (4hr drive) with a broken Aprilia RS660. Was at their door at 930 right when they opened. They got her all back together that morning and was good to go. All very friendly staff and even had a large ramp around back to load/unload. Great place. If I lived close I would come here for everything.
