Team Auto is a fantastic dealership. The entire staff is friendly and the dealership was very clean and inviting. We worked directly with Court and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly and flexible to work with our needs. He was able to get us in our Enclave with the payment we wanted. I was also impressed he gave us a tour of the dealership, showing us the service dept, and body repair. I can tell they take pride in their work.

Giving a two-star review because it seems they actually managed to fix the problem. My only issue with the service department of all else charged me $2,800 for a flex plate and a starter on my truck went to go pick it up the first time struggle to start same issue as before. They said it was a fuse and they said it didn't work. Then they charged me an extra $500 for the fuse box that they said that was the problem. Took the truck home for a day. Started up the next morning. Same problem. I just picked it up today and got a $320 bill for some splice wiring. Tried calling to get in contact with so many people from service. No one seemed to answer. Had the bug the service manager to get some information. Not really happy with my experience unfortunately won't be bringing it back to them

I have been going to TEAM for about 10 years for everything. I have leased and bought vehicles, and I use their maintenance, and body shop when I need. When I first started I met Nick and he was very polite, honest, and genuine. Nick has moved up and now I work with Drue. Drue was absolutely amazing. He saved me $1000 on this visit by finding a warranty I purchased a few years back and forgot about. He kept me informed of the progress and is just an all around good guy. I can tell that they care about customer service in a world that doesn't seam to take it seriously anymore and each time I go I feel more comfortable going the next time.

Took my 96 Chevy C1500 in for it intermediate no-starting, explaing it would turn over but make awful knocking or grinding sounds when I dropped it off. I then signed a paper for a diagnoses of the truck, which they failed to do, or did a partial diagnoses, which I view as negligence. Exactly one day after I paid almost 1k for what they recommended, the truck didn't start again. I tried the next day, and a bolt that holds the starter in place was sheared off at the threads, laying on the ground. I had it towed back to Team at that point and they told me damage to my flexplate had occurred due to the starter being misaligned. Failing to check my trucks starter, giving the concerns I brought it in for is negligent and any further major engine damage caused by the starter is not my fault. Add
