Every time I've had the gift to work with Don, I've always left feeling comfortable and confident in my decisions. Don has treated me like a person worth taking time on. He never explains things to me condescendingly or like I'm wasting his time. He has never made me feel dumb or silly for not understand something. I was up north for the weekend and my 2020 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel (“Elsa”) threw a Service DEF warning with “Engine will not restart in ~200 miles.”It was bitter cold -11f and I was out of town. I called and spoke with Mr Hodges, and he told me to bring it right in— no appointment, just a walk-in. When I arrived, they had already serviced four other walk-ins that day, but still found a way to get me taken care of. After being denied a very questionable warranty claim for an AC condenser at my local dealer (Richardsons), I decided to give Hodges a try for another warranty issue I was having with my '22 Durango's tailgate rubbing the paint off at the bottom. It still had the bumper to bumper warranty but Joe in service said they wouldn't he honoring my claim as the caulking on the rear panel was "different". As a former service advisor/ASE master mechanic myself, that didn't make sense to me and I'm not sure he quite knew what he was talking about. He mentioned the panel had been repaired.
