Team Kia of El Cajon Service Center

Alain is amazing! All the staff here are very friendly and professional, especially with how busy this center is. My inspection took all day, but they really made sure nothing was wrong with that car and I appreciate it! I have a hybrid and we know those are very complex but Alain reassured me they test drove it twice, did a through inspection and couldn't find anything wrong with the car besides a minir things. My "Check Hybrid system, turn engine off" signal has been coming up for the past year and a half or so, and it doesnt have as much power as it used too..but it still drives, no dash lights are on, and its still a great car. They reset the engine, so hopefully that fixes the hybrid system Thank you again Alain and Kia of El Cajon!

Its really annoying once you actually get to sit and read your agreement. $7000 worth of BS dealer ad-ons, some of which i was told were already installed, then I see im charged for installation. Learning about issues they knew about but weren't disclosed is pretty annoying too. Lesson learned, even after spending 8 hours at the dealership, read the agreement completely before signing. Don't trust them to be honest with you.

Bad customer service. Continuation of our recall story. Came into pick up the Kia telluride and our seat cover on the front seat was missing. It was brand new not even placed on the seat yet. I was told oh well did you check your vehicle to see if it was in the car? Of course! She calls the mechanic and he says I don’t know. He is not even in his bay. I have an appointment. I ask to go check now. She said I can get it to you by Monday. She asks the mechanic how long he states 10-15 min. until he can be back in his bay. I will update later to see if they find it. Update: found Christian a service advisor was kind and helped me. He needs to train all the other service advisors how to treat the customer. Thanks Christian!!!

Wow! I have never been in and out so quick as the guys at Team Kia of El Cajon service center got us. 30 minutes for our service while recommending the proper winter tune up for our vehicle. No price gouging just honesty and efficiency. Thank you
