Team Mazda of El Cajon Service Center

Team Mazda of El Cajon was a wonderful group that helped us find the vehicle right for us. We dropped by to test out cars and get an idea of what Mazda had to offer; seeing as we weren’t Mazda people yet. From the time we arrived, we were greeted and made to feel comfortable to check out which ever car we wanted. Then test driving felt casual and without pressure. Ultimately we felt comfortable in looking into what buying could look like. They were patient and understanding of our financial boundaries and somehow made things work. My family is grateful for the support throughout the process and am happy to say we are happy Mazda people now.

Brandon and Julian have the best customer service. If you are looking to get a car I highly recommend going to see these two guys. They both pay attention to the customer and hear what you’re saying. I have purchased several cars from very high end to now my first Mazda and these guys know what they are doing. If I could give them a 12 star rating I would due to the fact from the time I walked on the lot with no appointment to leaving in my new car these two never made me feel as I was not important and they both went out of there way to help. Reviews are true, their service department is great! I’d recommend mazda owners to get your car serviced / repaired here. Shout out to Terra, my service advisor and the mechanic team! She listened to my repair needs and concerns, and got my car a new water pump in just a few hours. Will go back for future service and repairs.

Took advantage of a special offer for my 5000 Mi service. Have taken my car there several times in the past. They were courteous and explained everything very well. The estimate for repairs that they recommended based on the inspection seem a little high. It is a dealership and you can definitely count on professionalism, cleanliness of their facility and their overhead. So their service does come at that price point.
