I had a great experience. Ellie was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. If she didn't know something she went right to the manager and asked him and got right back to me with an answer. I would highly recommend her as a salesperson. The Manager was also great with me, answered all my questions and did a little something extra for me. I really appreciate all they did for me. Would highly recommend. 😊

Been coming here for years and it’s the only place we, my family and I, recommend. We had tried MANY other places (ranging from over an hour away to one 5 mins away) but none of the others compare to Team Toyota. Their service is accurate, fair priced and professional which is what we care about. Everyone is always willing to assist at all times but we prefer going with Steve. He’s truly fantastic.

The service people are always very friendly and 'people oriented'. The waiting area is very comfortable. The TV isn't too loud and the coffee is free. Oh, and the service and care of my Prius? Excellent! Thanks Team Toyota!

This dealership is absolutely incredible! I can't believe I'm gushing about getting my van serviced! The process to get in is seamless, I set up my laptop in the business area, I can tell what's going on with my van, and every time I check out, the final total is less than expected. Every person along the way is sharp, on it, and friendly. Twice they've gone out of their way to make sure my mobility van is just right. The only issue is that the facility is not wheelchair-friendly. Doors are heavy, the work desks are all bar height (wheelchair users need a regular table height desk to work comfortably) and all the intake/check-out desks are standing height, so hard to see from a wheelchair. I never leave reviews because I’m honestly lazy haha. But I will definitely leave one for Toyota of Glen mills. I have been here for 6 years now, it’s where I got my very first decent car & now I have my beautiful Highlander, & I have to say I love it here. Whether it’s the sales department or service they are so kind, thorough & really do try there very best to help you in timely fashion. I love Toyota of Glen mills, & 100% plan to stay there for my next car as well!
