It was one of the best Toyota showrooms I have seen with friendly staff and good housekeeping. They have a specious customer sitting area with kids corner and self service coffee vending machine.
I'm a Toyota girl. So this has been my go to place for service since I purchased my car in 2010. I will definitely get another Toyota when I am ready to get a new car. The only complaint is that like at most repair places, the wait can be very long depending on what you are getting done.
Their body shop is extremely unprofessional and does not follow any timelines at all. An order of any simple part takes forever and is only updated after you drop a car. Not recommended at all
I come here for service on my 2004 Toyota Highlander. Always friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. I like the free shuttle service they have - both to and from local sites.
The customer service is awful at this dealership, have to wait for ever even for just an oil change with an appointment. I have also noticed them making the customers panic by advising to change parts,moreover they make you change parts regardless.I would never advice anyone to choose this dealership for service.If they suggest you to make any major parts or fluid i would recommend you to get your vehicle with another opinion elsewhere.
