TechCraft Auto Body and Collision

Ross is amazing! This review is a little late (it’s been about a month), but I had to make sure to shout him out. The visor on my 2011 Camry broke off. I already had the part and just needed someone to install it, so I stopped by since they’re an auto body shop. He originally said $20 which was totally fair, but he had it done in 5 minutes and ended up not charging me at all. That man has a heart of gold. If I ever need auto body work, I’m going straight to him. Genuine, honest people like him are rare, he’s truly a gem! 😊 attached is the pic of the broken visor

I decided to go with TechCraft for a recent repair to my 2020 Toyota 4Runner due to a rear-end collision. TechCraft was not one of my insurance approved shops, but based on my research it seemed like they did good work. From the get go with initial contact, things went extremely smooth. I mentioned to TechCraft my want for only OEM parts, not aftermarket, and they were on the same page. They made sure to do the work properly and with the best parts to make sure my repair was top notch and high quality regardless of what the insurance estimated it would have been (they were way off). The process was smooth and painless and I would recommend TechCraft to anyone looking to have autobody repairs done.

I highly recommend this place. Ross was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My car was brought in to get body work done due to an accident. I was very upset about my car being in the shop and being without a car for awhile but Ross always was able to put my mind at ease. He communicated well about the status of my car and I was able to get my car back in the time frame as he promised. They had a slight delay due to a shipment of a part but Ross went above and beyond to get the part needed. I was very happy with the results of how my car looked.
