I live in Boston and I was looking for someone I could trust to buy a reliable car with a reasonable price and a seamless purchase. I worked with Dioris who was patient and great to work with. Being that I was so far away from the dealer he made the process easy. Taking care of all the paperwork, inspection, registration (not having to step foot in an rmv), offering a plethora of warranty options, and my financing with a great rate, he even had the car in flawless condition upon arrival. I would definitely recommend him to anybody in state and out of state. Ten out of ten experience, would buy from this dealership again.

I have never felt more valued, appreciated and seen than at Teddy Volkswagen. Carlos Tovar and John Amaya are the most kind, courteous and professional service technicians. Whenever I take my car to Teddy VW, it runs better than it ever has before. Teddy VW has highest level of integrity and customer service and this is what truly set Teddy VW apart from other car dealerships. John Amaya took a great deal of time explaining the state of my spark plugs and fluid injection apparatus. He did this to make sure that I understood that they were concerned about my car’s safety. This act of kindness meant the world to me. Again, I must commend the entire Teddy VW leadership for prioritizing their customers’ safety above all. Thank You John, Carlos and all the technicians!!!

Oscar and Sergio were excellent. Attention to details and offering incentives to stay loyal. They were able to process everything to get me same day service and they backed their guarantee. Service advisor, Greg Stucks was extremely helpful and accommodating to my situation. I was able to receive my repaired vehicle by end of day. He also provided the much needed Uber service back to my home, no cost to me. One day service is always a blessing.

For this being my first experience with the dealership, I would recommend Teddy‘s auto to anybody that is looking to purchase a vehicle. With bad credit, they help me drive off a lot with my first car. And if it wasn’t for New York rules being that it takes 24 hours before car insurance is active I would’ve drove off the same day but it took time for the car insurance policy to activate so I drove off the following day but I’m still stoked Five stars still the best car dealership in New York
