Best shop I’ve ever been too. I’ve been getting cars worked on at different shops for 18 years. And this is the first shop that has maxed speed, professionalism, friendly service, and proficiency. I dropped my vehicle off at 2:45 on Saturday (remind you they close at 3pm). On Monday 10am I was picking up my vehicle. They accepted my car’s third party warranty for the job. Thank you Telegraph Auto Service for your fast yet proficient service. 10/10, definitely recommend. Will update after driving car for a few weeks.

People are great! Service was great and fast! I would really, really recommend this shop, 5 thumbs up, I'm mad because this place is right up the street from me and I have been passing them by for years, never again. 💯 percent satisfied ❤️❤️❤️

I want to thank I believe it is the owner because this was the first time that I went to this place and I went because I needed a rear bracket for my muffler and when I tell you, they were so sweet, generous and professional not only did he tell me he was not going to charge me their price for the part. He also suggested that I go down to the dealership to get it because it would be cheaper and I would also get the discount because I am an employee. I came back with the part. They took my truck right in repaired the issue and gave me back my truck.The service was quick.They got me in & out.

Matt was great! Friendly and quick. Walked in, they let me know what I needed in 10 minutes and I was out the door in lees then an hour. Most importantly they did not try to over sale me.

I have had the most amazing experience with this shop than I have ever experienced with any other shop I’ve been to in my lifetime of owning any vehicle EVER! Matt has the most accurate estimation of timing ever! When they tell you that they are going to inspect your vehicle from top to bottom, they are doing the most thorough and accurate job to make sure you are putting a safe vehicle back on the road! They will not add anything you don’t need to drive up prices, they don’t need that! They check their work, then they double check their work. After all of that, they allow you (knowing your own vehicle) to triple check their work! If there is anything you don’t like, they will at least hear you out to explain their work. They are a family amongst themselves but they add you to the family 🫂
