I called and verified vehicle price, any additional fees (none), and ballpark trade in value before driving up. After a three hour drive, I was pleasantly surprised that not only was the 21' Ram Rebel in great shape, but there were in fact no hidden/extra fees, and that the sales price was exactly what was quoted/negotiated on the phone. Furthermore, they actually gave me $2k MORE on my trade in then what was quoted on phone. Chad was incredibly personable, easy to deal with, and my whole transaction was the smoothest of any dealership. Would not hesitate to purchase another car from them!

Would not recommend this place. I bought a truck an within the 1st week the electronic throttle system went bad. It also did not have a working back up camera. When I asked Manager Chad about the issues, he told me to take it to K & D to get fixed an have them square it away with Brad. Upon taking the truck to K & D an getting the issues looked at, K&D tells me that Terrys told them the truck was sold as-is. I was told at time purchase it came with a 30 day warranty. Also the day I went to look at the truck was a Friday an the owner would not make a deal, because he wanted to wait til he sent the truck back to K & D to make sure it had no issues an was fixed correctly. Guess I should of took my $26,000 elsewhere!!

Horrible dealer. Almost had to beg him to take my money. Wouldn't reply to questions, answered days later. I would think Brad was new but these reviews for him go back years. How are they still in business?

I flew a few hours from out of state to see two cars with the intention of walking away with one. When I decided on which of the two vehicles I was interested in, suddenly the price was $1,500 more than what we spoke about over the phone. Basically, they were trying to take advantage of me because they knew I would need to book a return flight if we didn't come to an agreement. They took no responsibility for the miscommunication and claimed we never agreed on a price beforehand. Why would I fly a few hours away without knowing the price of the two vehicles that I was interested in? Eventually, we agreed upon a price, but I did have to spend more than was planned. As a part of the agreement they were supposed to ship me an additional part that was missing. They shipped me the wrong

I brought a 2000 mazda miata here almost 2 years ago. I hadn't had a single problem with it.
