Terry's Jaguar Parts

Nice sales people, but terrible customer service. Our 1970 E-Type was produced when the factory switched over some parts so the salesman recommended buying both oil filter conversion kits, and returning the one that did not fit. Luckily the first one we installed was correct so we didn't even open the second. We immediately returned it, two months ago, and still haven't recieved our refund. They admit they received it but have every excuse for our not receiving a refund (the guy's on vacation, he's out sick, he just got back, he's backed up, etc etc). I've called them 5-6 times and am really tired of the runaround. Buyer beware.

I had an outstanding experience with this company, particularly with Diana, the customer service representative who assisted me. I was searching for a specific part for my Jaguar, only to discover it had been discontinued. Despite this, Diana went above and beyond to help me find the correct part number—something two Jaguar dealerships in my area had been unable to do. She thoroughly researched the part, and although it was discontinued, she followed up with a call to inform me. Not only did she update me, but she also provided helpful information and suggestions for sourcing a used part. Thank you, Diana. I’ll definitely be purchasing all my parts here in the future. Terry's Jaguar has been a massive help to my Jaguar restoration. There's places that sell parts but you can actually call Terry's Jaguar and get a technical question answered or get advice. You can really trust very satisfied with the quality of the parts and the people selling them. Look forward to ordering more

Long time company & also serious racers-as such they do a lot of product development for their own cars & offer exclusive performance parts/upgrades for E-Types, etc. Company was folded into Engel Imports in Kalamazoo a few years back & the merger has only been a benefit to Terry's existence. I've been buying from them for over 20 years-pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

Great experience, the part was backorder from every dealer i found. So I ordered the part from terrys jag i received a call that said they were backorder too, they went out of there way to find it for me and I received it in about a week I will definitely be ordering my jaguar parts in the future from them!
