Becky, our service advisor, went above and beyond to get warranty repairs on our 2023 Whitehawk approved. She went to bat for us with Jayco to get the hitch coupler and stove/oven combo replaced and ensured that plumbing repairs to allow proper drainage from the black and grey holding tanks were approved. She picked up the parts herself and made sure the service technician had what was needed to complete the repairs. Kudos, Becky! Thanks so much for getting our trailer to the point we can enjoy it!

We purchased a 2025 Jayco from Terrytown 3 mo ago now. We love our new trailer but was very disappointed because we bought the trailer because it was advertised as having solar. There was a sign hanging on the cupboard that said solar on board. After going around talking to several people We found the right one who listened. They put the solar on, we picked it up today! Thank you Mathew for all you did! We are forever great full! Happy Campers!

Buyer beware. Two stars because one would be degrading the sales department, which was normal and fine during our purchase pre-Covid. We made the mistake of purchasing the extended warranty to hopefully cover our investment for the first few years. Took our 5th wheel in to have few issues looked at and repaired and when speaking with the rep I repeatedly asked if these items would be covered and was told they should be. After they looked over the issues I was sent a file that stated how many hours was needed to make necessary repairs and when I asked to ensure they were covered under the warranty I was immediately transferred to another employee that stated the warranty would not cover any of the needed repairs and she began to give an excuse for why for each one. Go elsewhere if you need camper or RV repairs. We brought our pop-up camper in to fix a pole and cable that allow the camper to pop up. While it was there, they offered to reseal the roof and sides. At no point did Terrytown disclose any cracks or leaks in our roof — no photos, no notes, no written disclosure. Obviously if there were cracks in the roof, what was the point of resealing? When we got our camper back, it immediately leaked and flooded the inside. We made multiple attempts to contact them. When we finally brought it back, they claimed the cracks were there before and refused to be held liable or help us further. Let me start off by saying what a great RV dealership! I started the purchase of my 2021 Avalanche 378bh in April 2021. No one could even come close to Terry Town's price, so it made the 350 mile trip well worth it. My sales rep. Jeremy C. was great. He was always quick to respond to my messages and answer my questions. When I spoke with him over the phone it was like speaking to a long time friend Jeremy kept me up to date on the status of my camper throughout the building process.
