Tesla Collision Owings Mills

I had a great experience with the Tesla Collision Center at Owings Mills for repairs to my Model Y. They are really busy, but I appreciate them being able to squeeze me in earlier after I couldn't make my original appointment, despite the next available time in the Tesla app being over a month away. Service was fast, I was given an estimated 2-4 weeks for repairs, and they got it done in 3 weeks. Emily and Lily were excellent checking me in and out. Easy to work with as well in terms of insurance. They have rental vehicles too if needed.

Had our car repaired here after a small fender bender. Excellent service! Staff was prompt to take the car into service and communicated well along the way. Friendly, organized and efficient. Thank you!
