It would be 0 stars if possible. 2023 Model 3, still under warranty. I made an appt 6 weeks ago. Sentry Mode goes off for no reason. After keeping the car for 3 days, its supposedly an app I have "pinging" the car, yet no such app exists. 3 other issues were on the ticket and no repairs were made at all, an excuse given for all 3. The warranty isnt worth the paper its written on. They will find any excuse they can to avoid doing the work to fix things, until youre out of warranty of course. Not only did they refuse to do my warrantied work needed, but took advantage of a coworker with a $2500 "repair" for an issue that still exists after. These people dont know how to fix a car. They only know how to read a computer screen. Make the drive to another place, thats probably what I'll have

The staff at is service center were so helpful. I experienced a rather jarring DC charging issue on a road trip and they took me as a walk-in without protest, getting me back on the road at the end of the same day. George, Eswar, and the rest of the team in service were really informative, patient, and compassionate. Adrian and the others I spoke with in sales were also great, helping me pass the time testing a new model Y. Thanks, all!

Brought in my model 3 to check a squeaking sound in suspension. After short test drive with technician, problem was diagnosed as upper control arm. They gave me estimate to replace both front control arms and started working on car right away. Was there about two hours total and paid less then it costs to do an oil change on my old Audi. Best service experience I've ever had.

We drove almost 200 miles for this appointment because appointments were a 3 month wait in Raleigh, NC. My initial encounter with the gentleman at the desk was not great, but once I met my technician Mike, everything turned around. He cared, we went on drive to find the issue, and they did not stop until they figured it out. The lady and gentleman in sales were also very helpful. JP, another technician, got the car supercharged so we could make it home on our long drive back to NC. The service was amazing.

We have 2 2020 Model X Tesla Bought new we use for Transporting Clients. One of our X's had a Battery issue and was Towed to this Facility it was Fixed for Free. That was the end of the good experience. 1. Both Wipers were falling apart and they did not offer to replace (I didn't know they were bad) SAFETY CONCERN. 2. 2 Tires had Cords showing and they did not mention that. Our driver picked up and drove in pouring rain. SAFETY CONCERN. 3. They did not leave the Car Fob in the car. so I need to go back and get the FOB for the car only 2 hour drive.
