Fantastic experience at this Tesla service center. Excellent workmanship. The manager truly cares, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and easy to do business with. Highly recommend. Additional note: I was a little nervous going in after seeing reviews of "other" service centers, but my experience couldn’t have been better. If they keep delivering this level of care, customers will be very happy.

The service team was very accomodating and friendly. Made me feel like they cared. They do not have loner cars though. So be preparred.

Terrible service. I have a brand new car. Went in for a defective rim, took 2 hours. then when I spoke to the manager he said I have to pay for it because he gets audited. The car is brand new. Then I was offered a courtesy alignment which was appreciated, but they never put me in queue and it took 3 messages and 3 hours to finally realize. Total 6 hours and $1100 to fix an issue Tesla is responsible for.

Service center did an amazing job getting me in and out and servicing my model y !! Excellent customer service
