Tesman Service Station

Ive been a local for decades, but had never heard much about garage. Due to a change in cicumstances i've begun trying to use more local shops. This garage is an ABSOLUTE gem of a find!! They are absolute 100% full of Integrity!! They are prompt, helpful, knowkedged and courteous. I feel it's the first garage i've been to in a long time that respects woman customers and exhibit those old school standards that most commercial shops have lost!! I have since brought my daughters truck for concerns and repeated satisfaction. They have now gained 3 new customers within my family. THANKS!!!

I’m leaving a bad review because they did repair on my husbands car we paid almost $800 for repair to have car back in our possession for 24 hours to have check engine light come back on and put code reader on car for the same code to come up, bring car back to them we live 35minutes away from their garage for them to call us and say car is done. We agreed to pick car up the next day. We were told that there will be no charge to get there the next day and they charge us $73.00. I will never do business with them again because I feel they are dishonest

I’m leaving this review because I’ve been refused as a customer after being polite and respectful of their business. When my vehicle reached 100k miles, I made an appointment for an evaluation of systems and parts that might be due for repair or replacement. I requested a list of checks based on online research and conversations with my father, who is a technicician (e.g., cooling, transmission, tires, brakes, etc.). I also had a few concerns, like a rattling noise. Tesman performed the assessment, repaired the rattling noise, and provided me with a detailed quote of services they recommended. I checked with my dad for his second opinion (as a woman with no experience with cars), and then made a

They were able to get me in same day (same hour no less), fixed my tire in minutes, and cost way less than I was expecting. I’ll definitely be back. Cash discount as well.

I we have been using Tesman's for our vehicle for the last few year's and they have always been amazing! Great prices and service! But today they went to a while new level! I sent a friend and they didn't know her....they were unable to fix her vehicle but charged her ZERO DOLLARS for looking at it! You guys are amazing! Thank you
