5 stars is not enough. We worked with Will on a frustrating Aquahot issue. He stayed with us through the issue and was flexible in his schedule to make sure he was available to take care of us. Will definitely knows his business but he also have the best customer focus we have ever experienced. Will has now taken the top spot in our list of quality RV technicians and we will be calling him first if ever we need help again. I had a burner issue with the Aqua Hot on our RV. I called Will and he picked up the first time I called. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. He work with Aqua Hot’s warranty department and got us going quickly. Will will be my first called when I need fast, friendly, quality service. 5 stars is an understatement!!!
