The way this service was explained to me was that the initial rock chip would be repaired for $70, plus $10 for each additional chip. I just had one repair done last month and had 2 additional ones needing repair. So I came back thinking, awesome, these guys repaired the first, I can swing by and they will cover me for the other 2 for $20. Not the case. Mario, humans are simple creatures and logical. Not easy to work with. I had a claim under a multi shield protection plan. All I needed them to do is call the company and confirm that they would fix the glass on the specified vehicle. I was planning on paying and getting reimbursed through the protection plan. They wouldn't spend the time to do this. Ended up going to Auto Glass Now where they didn't mind calling to confirm.

Juan helped us and he was fantastic! We drove up, he explained everything to us, helped us with filing the claim with our insurance and got us all fixed up within 15 minutes or so. He was super nice too which is always a plus :)

Business needs to tighten up their posted hours of operation. Google listing says open is 9:00, one sign on the canopy says 9:30, it turns out it's actually 10:00 (which another sign stated). This is also impacted by the weather, apparently (below 45 and they may delay opening) - so, be aware that if you show up early, and depending on which hours you are going by, you may be sitting around a bit waiting. Pricing is posted on their website, and on site, with the usual "no cost" option if you use insurance. Spent the 1+hour I waited doing some Googling, and it's still unclear if having insurance pay for the repair will ultimately increase your premium/count as a claim.
