Texas Wholesale Tires

My wife dropped off her brand new car in to have one of the tires repaired, and after picking it up finds the seat looking like this, she's not one for confrontation so I've tried calling the owner several times to resolve the issue from one of their employees not carrying at all about someone else's property and sitting there greasy but right in the seat to move the car unfortunately no one answers the phone so I have no other recourse then to post this, first-time customer of theirs as well as last, very very disappointing the tire repair was $15 who knows what the seat is going to cost me to get clean or replaced if the grease doesn't come out. 🤬 Very unprofessional to say the least!

We’ve been using Texas whole sale tires for 3 years. Turned a blind eye to John’s drinking and rudeness because the prices were good and he usually made things right if there was an issue. We have two duallys, two cars, and farm equipment that we got all of our tires through them. Lately he has become more rude. Turns my husband away if I am not with him, and comes out with a beer in his hand. Didn’t lock the gates when we left our skid steer for him to fix the tire. He said it was a valve stem but the tire was immediately flat when we got home. Just left from taking the tire back where he yelled at me and threw the tire on the ground. Only gave it one dear because it wouldn't let me put zero. My husband has gone here two different times, both unpleasant experiences. First time the guy wouldn't change the tires. Second time, he went today and the guy refused to even look at the tires on the truck. He was extremely rude and lazy. Don't waste the trip.

Amazing customer service! He wasn't able to safely fix my tire and didn't have mine in stock so I could not get my tire taken care of there. However he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and customer oriented. Thank you Texas Wholesale Tires! I would recommend your services anytime!

Great customer service!! Had low tires, had them checked, and air put in. This is not one of those places that tries to sell you tires even if you don't need them. Definitely will be returning. Thank you so much!!
