It’s getting more and more difficult to find shops who stand behind their work and make customer satisfaction their priority. Unfortunately, I’ve had to experience this first hand with numerous shops in Los Banos providing subpar work. However, Lee and the rest of the team over at TF Tire have absolutely exceeded my expectations. I had a set of really expensive Porsche wheels that needed tires mounted and no other shop in LB was willing to do do the job. I called TF Tire and Lee told me without hesitation to bring them right in, it would be no problem. And well, he wasn’t kidding. I received my brand new wheels in the same pristine condition I delivered them and Lee provided constant updates on when to expect them. I was driving through town when a check engine light came on so I stopped at TF Tire and Service in Los Banos to see if they could run a diagnostic on the issue. I was with my baby and every single person in that office made me feel so safe and welcomed. They took care of me instantly and explained everything they were doing. As a woman we all know the usual “dumbing it down” talk we get in these circumstances but you won’t get that here. From the front desk, to management and the service department they were the nicest people. I would recommend anyone going through town to stop in for any issue your vehicle may be having. Have 2022 Tesla with low tire light. Been going to this shop for 25+ yrs. Have been purchasing my tires there the whole time! Was told that they could not lift my Tesla up without lift pads. None came with my car. Read manual, said car could be jacked up safely! Same shop had replaced one of the tires on my Tesla 2 months before! Frustrated I left and went across street to another name brand tire shop where my issue was quickly handled for no charge! Think they have a new customer for life. Sorry to see service quality dropping at old tire shop! It just sold and there has been numerous employee changes! Miss old manager Dave who was always very friendly and customer service oriented!

Tire Repair- We pulled in with a nail in tire. John was so professional, kind, and helpful. Instant service, no wait and we were back on the road again. I highly recommend this business for any Tire Repairs.

Call the few places in town looking for a pretty hard to find unique Tire. It was the only place that took the two minutes needed to understand what I was looking for and at least make the attempt to see if they can get their hands on it.. they could not but that's okay I've made other arrangements. The point is these guys know what they're doing
