Kia is fantastic. Very responsive, thorough, and this is a family owned business in Charlotte. She did an exceptional job wrapping my work truck and keeps it looking very clean any time I don’t have time to take care of it myself.

Right here and local; 2317 Statesville Ave. I always try and support my local independent businesses. These guys are out here doing their work and grinding away. No matter the weather and/or the temperatures, they're still out here doing their work, to make sure that your vehicle is looking it's very best. Their prices are more than reasonable and their work ethic is second to none. Does your vehicle need some TLC?. Take the time, stop on bye and knock off some of that Winter grime. On a whim, I pulled into The Auto Spa of Charlotte to have my culinary business vehicle detailed and loved on by professionals. I thought about pulling up to various pop up locals in parking lots, but I never did, though I nearly did several times. Well, I'm grateful I found this locally owned family business. _____ No regrets! Great customer service and demeanor from Kia, the minute I got out of my car. DO NOT GO HERE. This was my first detail and I made an appointment through the website initially but never received a confirmation. After texting with the owner I was able to get another appointment at 9am FROM THE SUGGESTION OF THE OWNER. After arriving at 8:58 I was told the reception was running late and somebody would be there soon. I left for a second and was called by the owner asking where I was and I told her I was up the street. After arriving back at 9:25 and entering the building STILL nobody was there. By 9:40 still no employee had arrived and I was told to just leave my keys and that I could pay through cashapp. She was very quick to request the money and text back regarding the payment but at this point nobody was even at the establishment. after having my car from 9:30am-4:0
